Shipping Policy
HOW LONG IS PROCESSING?:
Please allow 2-5 business(MONDAY-FRIDAY) days to process and ship out orders.Processing Time is NOT the same as the delivery time.Date of purchase does not count as Day 1 it will be counted on the following business day.All orders include a tracking number.You will receive a tracking number 2-5 business days after submitting your order NOT The moment you make the purchase. Once your package has been shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- If your order is placed when we are having an Online Sale your order will take longer to process Due to HIGH volume of orders (5-8 Business Days). MONDAY-FRIDAY
- We use USPS for all shipping purposes.
- Eloisas Boutique is NOT responsible for orders showed as delivered to wrong addresses provided by customer.
- Once the package is in USPS hands Eloisas Boutique is NO longer RESPONSIBLE. If your package shows as delivered and for any reason, you did not receive please contact your local post office. In many cases, they take back to office for security purposes.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you purchased USPS as your shipping option and your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. You can file your claim here https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
